The 2009 Disney Dollars were created in the likeness of Disney's new theme "What will you celebrate?"
The Theme of Disney for this year is celebration of birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
This series features in the background on each bill a mixture of confetti and Mickey Mouse balloons with
the main characters Mickey, Goofy, Donald, Pluto, Daisy and Minnie.
